TEN has launched a series of field hearings – public meetings with members of Congress and their staff – to let our representatives hear what leaders in their home districts have to say about transportation equity.

We all have a story to tell about the lack of affordable, accessible public transportation options, about the impact of limited job opportunities or career paths, about transit policy decisions made in Metropolitan Planning Organizations that do not advance our vision for equitable, inclusive regions.

TEN field hearings let us tell our stories in a powerful way so that national policymakers reflect our values and our vision as they work to pass the new Surface Transportation Authorization Act, which will determine how hundreds of billions of dollars in federal transportation funds are spent.
